All our stamps are self inking and are available in Black, Blue or Red ink.
We manufacture onsite and can offer great prices and of course a quicker service.
The pads will eventually fade and need replacing or re-inking. Refill ink pads are available for your stamps when its time to replace or re-ink.
Customers can purchase the pads or ink online as well as by email, phone or fax. The pads are easily removed and the new ink pad slots effortlessly back in to place. Different wording is available if you don’t see what you need in the samples we have on display in our cart, contact us and we will change the wording to suit your preferences.

JP Stamps are an invaluable time saving tool when it comes to witnessing and signing documents. All you need to do is stamp and sign for witnessing documents, affidavits and statutory declarations, as the stamps provide your name and registration number. Some stamps actually include an address.
No matter which state you live in, our stamps meet the legal requirements necessary to validate the documents you need to witness and sign.
To ensure that you get the maximum number of impressions from your self inking stamp we recommend that the stamp not be exposed to strong sunlight or heat as this will result in the ink pad drying out. When your stamp needs to be re-inked we can supply you with a new pad or a bottle of ink to refill your existing ink pad. Use of the correct ink is very important as the wrong ink can affect the life of the stamp.
You can be assured that we are providing a great product as we stick to the brand of machine that we trust to be of the highest quality.
Our slogan for the past 35 years has been “Don’t write it.....Rubber Stamp It!!. This is particularly relevant to the duties of a JP and that’s where our stamps can save a bit of writing therefore saving time. (and your hand)
We manufacture our rubber stamps onsite and can offer great prices and of course a quicker service. Image area 58mm x 38mm . Includes an adjustable date.
