If you are unsure of the best stamp size to order or you are not quite sure how you want the stamp set out, send us a rough draft of the the text/tabulation for your stamp.
Letting us know what the stamp will be used for or what area it needs to be stamped in will ensure we sort out the best option for you. A proof can be done and we will forward the artwork to you for approval.
If changes need to be made and we will send another proof of your Rubber Stamp. The first proof is free of charge. Any subsequent changes/proofs for the stamp may incur a small fee.

Rubber Stamp Maintenance
To keep your stamp impression at its optimum best, wipe the rubber stamps with a damp cloth to remove any paper dust that can become lodged in the rubber. To clarify, this clogging can occur after continued use as fibres from the stamp pad and the surface you are stamping on, tend to clog the smaller parts of the rubber dye.
Stamp Ink Pads
The hand stamp needs a separate stamp pad. Keeping the pad away from strong sunlight will help to prolong the life of the pad. Sunlight can dry the pad out. If this happens pads and inks can be purchased from us. All of our Custom Rubber Stamps have the option to include a stamp pad when ordering your stamp. We have large stamp pads available. Logos and Artwork
Artwork for Logos can be sent as a pdf or eps file and must be a minimum of 300 dpi. Images must be black and white. Our larger timber stamps are a very popular choice for branding your own packaging such as boxes, bags or cups.
