This seal is suitable for Businesses, clubs, Strata titles, Body Corporates, and Incorporated associations.  

Common Seal No.1. This is a self inking common seal.

You won’t need an extra pad to stamp the seal on documentation as the ink pad is inside the machine.  Stamp your Common Seal or Company seal on official financial company documents. Company Seals are also used for Strata Title, Body Corporate, Incorporated associations, Clubs and Business paper work.

Common Seal stamps are  38mm in diameter. (No 7 is 48mm)

It is very important to use the correct ink when re-inking your stamp pad. Incorrect ink could affect the rubber therefore resulting in the image becoming distorted. Another pitfall of using incorrect ink results in the rubber falling off the stamp mount.  Water based ink ensures you get optimum use of your stamp.

Turnaround for your stamp is one to two business days.

Information to produce the Common Seal can be entered in the text areas provided with this product. For companies we need both the Business name and the ACN or ABN. Strata Title Common Seals need the Strata Number . Body corporates need  a street address and plan number and incorporated associations need the name and number.
