VIC JP Stamps are available to purchase online in addition to purchases by email, phone or fax. Our JP Stamps have been put in to five categories to help you refine your search.
Justice of the Peace stamp categories are:
Name and Number
Your name and number are included therefore saving you time as only your signature is required
Affidavit
Affidavit stamps include your name and number with the exception of a few stamps that don’t require that information.
Certifying
The certifying stamps include your name and number with certain stamps including your address therefore saving time when witnessing.
Identification
Your name and number are included in these stamps. Blank stamps available.
Disability/Language
Disability/Language stamps can be used in particular situations when the deponent has a sight/hearing/language difficulty or other disability.
Buy direct from the Manufacturer
We manufacture onsite and can offer great prices and of course a quicker service. All of our JP Stamps are self inking and are available in Black, Blue or Red ink.
Ink Pads
The pads will eventually fade and need replacing or re-inking. Refill ink pads are available for your JP Stamps when its time to replace or re-ink. Customers can purchase the pads and ink online as well as by email. If ordering by email, send the details of the product you wish to purchase, we will send you an invoice which can be paid by either funds transfer or credit card.
The pads are easily removed and the new ink pad slots effortlessly back in to place.

Re-inking
To ensure you get the maximum number of impressions from your VIC JP Certifying stamp, we recommend that the stamp not be exposed to strong sunlight or heat. This will result in the ink pad drying our more quickly. Re-inking your stamp is easy as can supply you with either a new pad or a bottle of ink to refill your existing pad. You should get between 5000 and 7000 impressions before you need to re-ink. Use of the correct ink is very important as the wrong ink can affect the life of the stamp.
